Utilization Change For Top Business Operators - Feb-April 2024

Hourly flown figures for the leading business aviation carriers –  extracted from the Tracked Aircraft Utilization – reveal that NetJets, Flexjet, Vistajet and FlyExclusive have all experienced a February-April 2024 utilization total superior to the same period of 2023, as well as against 2019. Wheels Up has had a difficult year-on-year period, with 31% below Feb-Apr 2023 and 9% under its performance from the same period of 2019, due to its restructuring.

Significantly larger in fleet size to the other featured operators, NetJets cumulated just over 170,000 hrs. during the period, having flown an average of more than 50,000 hrs. per month since August 2021. The leading business carrier had reached a record high of just over 60,000 hrs. in March 2024 alone.
