IAI operates a global MRO network based at key market locations, providing the capacity to maintain hundreds of aircraft annually, supporting Boeing aircraft from 707 and 737 to the 777 and 787, as well as Airbus  A320, 330 and 340 series. In addition to aircraft MRO, the company provides total aero-engine MRO and testing support for CFM56-3, -5 and -7, JT9D, PW4000-94 and V2500, GTCP-131 9A/B and GTCP 331-200/250 engines and APUs. IAI operates a global network serving all key markets and providing the capacity to maintain hundreds of aircraft and engines annually.

As part of its comprehensive aerospace MRO services, IAI also offers leasing and trading of engines, through various exchange programs and sale of complete engines in various configurations tailored to specific customer requirements.

The company is also recognized as a components MRO provider, supporting components maintenance, overhaul, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics equipment with over 10,000 individual aircraft component types, including landing gears, transmission and gearboxes, constant speed drive units and integrated drive generators. In components MRO IAI also offers its customers flexible hourly-rate programs for various components.

IAI's Aviation Group's has certified STCs by the CAAI, FAA, EASA, CAAC and other major Civil Aviation Authorities. In addition, B777-300ERSF and A330-300BDSF programs are under development, with STCs pending for approval by the civil authorities. IAI converted aircraft have accumulated over 2,500,000 flying hours with no ADs.
